I'll describe the laundromat in four words: clean, professional, affordable, and friendly. Can't ask for much more than that.
I came to this laundromat for the first time because They open up at 6:30a.. The machines displays a price but if you want warm or hot water they charge more money, they chage more money if you want your cycle on delicate, basically anything other than a regular cold wash is more money... For a 6.50$ wash you only get about 15min of wash time.. Most places is about 22-25mins.. So of course my cloths came out with stains on it still.. Despite the fact I used stain remover spray and those stain fighter tabs.. Then my cloths was lightly damp after drying I put 1.00 to dry and i did not have any heavy blankets or jeans in it and a 1.00 was still not enough.. I normally go to "Ideal laundromat 3" and never had a problem there, even when they went up .25 more I still never had a problem and was ok paying the extra twenty five cents.. But they open at 7a and I wanted my laundry done as early as possible.. Basically I will not be going back to this place..
I've been to a lot of different laundry mats and this is by far is the best place where their machines don't smell of either piss or sitting dirty water. Even the dryers actually dry ur cloths ... If u want ur cloths to come out smelling good and actually washed properly this is the place to be ...
Their pay-by-pound wash, dry, and fold service is stellar! The clothes are always perfect afterwards and the price is 99 cents per pound, which seems reasonable to me. The customer service is fantastic too. Very lucky to have found them.
Ownership changed hands shortly after I became a customer, so I have had the fortune of watching the business grow, and flourish. Rather than forget about the customers, John and his team seem to have become more attuned to our needs. Not once have I felt unwelcome, or unhappy as a customer at the Washing Machine of Seymour.
Top tier customers service that definitely makes them stand out from competitors. John is an amazing business owner who's desire is satisfaction. Their facility is always clean, the staff always have friendly. Their drop off service is amazing. Not taking my business anywhere else, and neither should you.
