They did not let me put big pillows in the dryer!!!! Very unprofessional!!!

I've been a customer since 2008. I have my shirts laundered and pressed every week and the occasional dry cleaning. The price for the shirts is HALF the price the cleaner by my work charges. Occasionally a button will be missing but they repair it for free. They have extended hours and are open 7 days a week. You can't beat the price or the convenience.

The ladies here are always extremely pleasant and unlike most places that I have tried for dry cleaning.. they pay attention to detail. I have had multiple items mended and repaired. Their seamstress does skilled work and is always forthcoming about the amount of time it will take to have items repaired. (Other places will tell you an item will be repaired within 3 days but really take a week) They have an email system that allows all customers to receive email notification when their items are ready to be picked up which is also very helpful. I even have a friend from NY that gives her high end items to me to be dry cleaned here as she has not had any luck with dry cleaners in her area but loves the quality of work that Village Fabric does. I would absolutely recommend this business to others!

I'm in search of a Dry Cleaner near my house, because the one near my job closed down unfortunately. Having a cleaner near my office made things a lot easier with drop off and pick up. When I seek the services of a business, there's always a trial period based on customer service, being the most important factor. The garments I had cleaned were perfectly fine, but one thing that ruined what could've been a perfect experience. Was when I dropped off my garments, my tickets were printed, I reached for them, and the lady just bypassed my hand and placed them on the counter. One strike! Then when I went to pick up my garments, I “handed” the lady (different from the first) my payment. When I received my change, again I reached my hand out for it, and again it was placed on the counter. 2nd strike! I take this as a sign of disrespect, especially when my hand is clearly extended out to receive what you’re giving me. Obviously, I wont be returning here for repeat business.

My wife went in to have a dress cleaned and the woman behind the counter was incredibly rude both on the phone and in person. I'll find another local business for my dry-cleaning needs in the future.
