They are very helpful guys. But for just a white plastic toilet handle, they charged me 29$, that’s 5 times the original price. OMG
Allen's Plumbing goes above and beyond for their customers. We used Allen's Plumbing and Energy Company to install a new boiler, water heater and chimney liner. We needed quick service and they immediately came to aid us. From their customer service to their tech department to the guys that installed everything in our home - they were amazing. We had a setting that needed to be adjusted after the original install and they headed straight over to Fairfield County and spent the day ironing everything and making sure everything was complete and running properly! We'll continue to use them in the future for a job well done!
I don't ever post bad reviews, but this is a terrible store. Buyer be warned.
Coming up to New Year's Eve my toilet exploded. Home Depot would not budge & had no sense of urgency - said I had to wait at least a week for delivery/install. Called Allen's & they hooked me up with a new toilet + delivery + install for a lost less than it would have cost me at Home Depot & they did it all w/in 48 hours. Eileen was awesome, Brian was a pleasure to have in my home. All in all - they rock!!
if I were you look for someone else there customer service, well there isn't any
this company re-did our bath, took longer to complete as they had issue with one of the contractor's and wasn't doing the job. now that its complete were having problem with the caulking in the shower approx. a month later, turning yellow, called there office was told would take care of it, this was 3 weeks ago, still not taking care of
