HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! I financed a Minivan 7 months ago and have had NOTHING but trouble. Within the first week had to replace the brakes. 5 Months in driving the car, it decided to shut off and NOT turn on again. Had to have it towed, and battery replaced. 1 month later. Wouldn't start again! Ever since I bought it sounds like a clunker, sounds like it will die going up hill, and the brakes squeal when going down hill. HORRIBLE. I brought it to a REAL dealership where they pulled the carfax on it and asked if I knew it had been in a rear end collision. NO BECAUSE GREEN LIGHT LIED TO ME AND TOLD ME THE CARFAX WAS CLEAN. I called on a Sunday morning to talk to a manager, I was told he was not in but would call me back 9 am Monday morning. NO CALL until Wednesday afternoon. After speaking to him of all the problems I was having HE HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME! ANGRY THEY SOLD ME A "FAMILY" VAN FOR me and my 3 boys! WHAT a huge mistake, the car was totally unsafe and all they wanted was a sale! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE! I have not even had it for 1 year and I had to trade it in for something else as it was unreliable, and not safe for children nor myself ( or anyone else on the road) to be driving in it. And the so called manager who hung up on me is rude as well!
Very pleased with the customer service from Steve the mechanic. He went above and beyond to help get my serviced. He were also very patient with me and my annoyances. I highly recommend anyone who is interested in a car here to shop here !
Very pleased with Green Light, particularly Carlos (an honest and kind person). Here's my story. I looked online and found a 2011 Volvo at Green Light. It looked great online. I called ahead to Carlos and he kindly sent me some additional photos, focusing on any of the little imperfections that naturally occur in a used car. When I arrived, the car looked absolutely amazing: clean, polished, neat. When, upon super-close inspection, we found an additional small scratch, Carlos apologized for having missed it and had it repaired free of charge. Very classy. Payment was easy. Documentation was easy. Everything was handled professionally. Also, FWIW, a banker in the next town over said Green Light has an unusually good reputation.
I had a wonderful experience at Green Light Auto with my car purchase. When my automatic door opener was not working on the driver side they took it right in and fixed it. Steve is a great mechanic at Green Light. Mike did a great job getting everything done on the car that I had asked for. I appreciate their prompt service and accountability for fixing my car. Love my new car by the way!
Green Light Auto Sales is amazing. Carlos and Mike helped me purchase my dream car and made it so easy in and out within a day. I would definitely recommend going here. They have the best customer service and will go beyond. Steve is an amazing person and a godly mechanic who handled rebuilding my whole engine. He went through thick and thin to help me out and I couldn't thank him enough. Everything was professionally done and I'm a happy customer with everything done so smoothly and the way Green light took care of everything. Once again, Steve thank you for your hard work and effort!!.
I'm genuinely confused by some of the other comments I've read here. Some posters seem to be holding Green Light accountable for various banks/lenders rules and their own credit scores. That seems unfair to Green Light. I strongly recommend Carlos and Green Light.
